Held from 7 to 9 October 2025 at the IFEVI exhibition centre in Vigo, this edition has once again broken records with 797 exhibitors from 46 countries and an exhibition area of 37,000 m², the maximum available. Conxemar thus consolidates its position as one of the two most important trade fairs in the world in the field of frozen seafood products.
